Our Graduate Program:

The Honeywell Graduate Program is designed from the ground up to empower people from the moment they start their careers with Honeywell. Through challenging and meaningful assignments with great learning opportunities, together with quality training and development opportunities, the 2-year award-winning program has a rich history of fostering our future leaders.

As a graduate in Honeywell, you will be part of the graduate program for 2-years, however you will be employed on a permanent contract. The 2-years will see you learn on-the-job, alongside some of the industry's brightest and develop your skills in a supported development program with a focus on technical knowledge and skillsbusiness acumen, and personal leadership skills.
